La Corbeille is an independent Belgian company, specialising in the production of preserved vegetables and fruits, canned soups and milk based desserts. Founded in 1899, we are situated in Westmeerbeek, approximately 50 km from Antwerp.
Three production plants take care
of a capacity of 120.000 tons per year :
La Corbeille uses a system of fully integrated agriculture and permanent crop monitoring. About 3000 hectares of agricultural fields are under a daily follow-up of our agronomists, from seed selection through to harvesting and final processing.
Most vegetables are preserved within
three hours after harvesting. Freshness is guaranteed. The quality
of our products is assured by an integrated quality system, which complies to
the most severe food safety regulations (BRC, HACCP).
La Corbeille stands for a customised approach in the field of quality, logistics,
packaging and price. Each client - retail, wholesale and manufacturer
- is taken care of in a dedicated way.
La Corbeille operates on an international base with our own Export Department.
In a number of countries, our own sales office give you the necessary support.
